Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

Eligibility Criteria

• Depression symptoms that have been present for at least 4-week period.

• If taking antidepressants (not required), must be on the same dose for at least 60 days prior to treatment.

• Females of childbearing potential must agree to use hormonal birth control for the duration of the study.

• BMI between 18.1 - 44.9

• Agree to adhere to study requirements, including not participating in night shift work and refraining from drugs of abuse and alcohol for the duration of the study.

• Subjects with positive drug screening for drugs of abuse, marijuana, benzodiazepines, amphetamines and/or alcohol will be excluded.

• Other eligibility criteria will be discussed with you during a pre-screening visit with the study doctor.

Length / Duration

• 11 visits over the course of approximately 8 weeks

Compensation

• Subjects will be compensated for time and travel at the end of each study visit

• All study-related procedures and study medication will be provided at no cost.

• Health insurance is not required for participation.

• Transportation may be provided if you need assistance.
